WELCOME
Welcome to the 2024 Lake Arrowhead Summer Concert Series.

ARRIVAL TIME
Check in starts at 5:30pm and the concerts start at 7pm. We highly encourage you to be there early to get through the check in process and to get to your seat in enough time to see the beginning of the concert. Prior to the concert we will have music and drinks available. If you have not checked in by 6:50pm and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to re-sell your table / tickets. Concerts may start earlier or later than the advertised start time at the discretion of promoter and the band.

WAIVER
Registrant waives any and all rights to pursue any suits related to this concert and to hold harmless, Lake Arrowhead Events, Richard & Marina Goodwin personally, Lake Arrowhead Retail Partners, Lake Arrowhead Village, All Lake Arrowhead Tenants, Jones Lang La Salle, JLL, Operation Provider, chosen security company or any other entity involved with this concert for any reason whatsoever.

FORCE MAJEURE
If the event cannot take place, in whole or in part, because of an act of God, national emergency, war, labor dispute, fire casualty or other unforeseen occurrence or any other cause beyond the control of promoter or which promoter is unable to avoid by exercise of due diligence, promoter shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever to registrant as a result thereof.

COPYRIGHTS
Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnified as outlined above, its directors, officers and employees from any claims, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, which might arise out of or in connection with the promoter may plan to document the event through still photography, produce motion picture programming containing footage from the event, which footage may contain registrant image. Registrant consents to the use of its image in such still photography, programming and the advertising and exploitation thereof in any and all media during or after the concert and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, registrant hereby waives any approval rights with respect to such still photography and programming.

OTHER ITEMS
A) The Promoter shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all registration terms and any further stipulations considered necessary for the proper conduct of Event.
B) Registrant agrees to comply with all pertinent laws, codes and regulations
of municipal or other authorities that affect the show space.
C) All Ticket Sales Are: Final, Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. Promoter reserves the right to change show dates, the bands or location at their discretion.

PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY
It will be the purchaser's responsibility to make known all of the aforementioned Terms to each of their guests and purchaser will not allow any guest to attend who is not fully aware. Failure to comply with our terms may result in removal from the concert and to be refused future purchases of tickets.
